Teacher's Corner (By Mr. Singer): Teacher requested conferences are next week Thursday. All families expecting a conference have been notified and are signed up for one of the times asked for. So…. If you are still interested in meeting with both of us we will have the following times set as OPEN TIMES: 2:00-2:30, 3:00-3:30, 7:00-7:30.
Make sure to sign up with class Dojo. We are at 70% of families registered. To register go to www.classdojo.com/CT7L92M.
For upcoming important dates, including days off, PTO events, etc. go to our Calendar. You can also see the PTO calendar here too. Since we have conferences next week, Thursday is an early release day, and Friday is no school for students.
Make sure you are staying connected with our Remind alert system and following the class on Twitter. Find both feeds shown on our website, www.mrsinger.weebly.com. If you are not signed up on either you can do so on the website. Contact me if you have any questions on doing this. I have also added pictures to our pictures page too.
Remember to check the assignment notebook board daily for homework updates.
BONUS: Each week I will put a challenge on here for any parent or student to try. All you have to do is give a response by Monday in the assignment notebook for me to see. If the answer is correct the student will receive $50 towards their checking account. Good Luck!
Since Monday is President’s Day, when was the first observed President’s Day held? Who was the president who signed off on the national holiday? Two questions, equals two $50s. Thanks to Jay C for finding this one.
