News from the Social Studies Department (By Desirae): In social studies this week we shared our decades project presentations. We also gave yourself what we thought our grades would be. Not all of us shared our projects yet, but so far the projects have been very good. It was very cool enjoying so many good decades projects.
News from the Math Department (By Quinn): This week in math, we worked on greatest common factors (GCF). We also worked on least common multiples (LCM).
News from the English/Language Arts Department (By Justyce): In English Language Arts we are starting on our home is project it is where we write what home is to us and then we draw our house on the story then we put it in a frame and give it to are parents.
News from the Music Department (By Austin): We did not have music this week. Our concert is next week Thursday.
News from the Physical Education Department (By Katie): We just finished the basketball unit. We are doing a thanksgiving game.
News from the Art Department (By Camille): We are making Clay pots. You can make a blow or a plate. There is one more choice, you can make a small plate.
Free Choice Area (By Chloe): I am going to stuff myself with food and go shopping this weekend!!!

That’s it! We made it through ⅓ of the school year thus far. Starting next week Monday will be the second trimester. Just so you are aware grades will be updated and ready for final viewing on Thursday. Please make sure to go on to Skyward by then. I will be checking to see who checks the grades and after a week I will contact those who still need to check. Help me out by making sure to check the grades and comments by then.
