Teacher's Corner (By Mr. Singer): Today I sent out an email to everyone about what math and science assignments are late. This was to encourage you and your child to have a conversation about the importance of getting their grades in. Mrs. Krueger and I are planning to send these reports home each week to work towards zero missing assignments from all kids. It would help us if you could take 5 minutes twice a week to go on to Skyward and check the grades of your child. On top of that please keep asking your child to show you their assignment notebook. Even though we stopped getting them signed, they are still expected to complete them each night. We still take time to go over the notebooks before the end of the day, daily. We are working hard to corral the missing work each day, but it would help us immensely if you could be the second line of support for us when they leave school.
It’s auction time! 6th grade students have been earning money for being positive and taking responsibility for their learning. We are looking for any donation you might be able to supply to us, such as: Rummage sale items Used books Business donations Baked goods.
