News from the Social Studies Department (By Carter): This week in S.S. we are doing a decades project. All we do is research our decade and make a slide show of it.
News from the Math Department (By Joey): This week we had one test. It was a test on decimals. We had a quiz on one too.
News from the English/Language Arts Department (By Mckaylee): In English/Language Arts we played heads up game. Also we had to do 3 compass learning activities.
News from the Music Department (By Brady): In music we are learning about drums. Also, the basses and stuff.
News from the Physical Education Department (By Caden): We have been doing archery in gym. We normally shoot 2 or 3 rounds.
News from the Art Department (By Alyssa): In art we have been creating a logo for different companies. Also we drew the logo for the companies.
Free Choice Area (By Xzavier): There was lots of missing work some got it done some did not. So check your grades to find out what was not turned in.
Teacher's Corner (By Mr. Singer): Thanks to everyone who has given items to us for our science projects over the next few months. Our biggest needs are focused around building thermoses to keep heat in. If you have pieces for this, we could use this now. Again, thanks a lot for all the help. Please send them in and your child will get a $50 for items donated.
Teacher requested conferences are coming up. We, Mrs. Krueger and I, sent home the initial letter to a few families we would like to meet with during that day. Most of them have been returned, but not all of them yet. Once they are we will send home open hour times where you can just stop in if you want to still have a conference.
